Morse Buddy (“the app”) is developed by Jouni OH3CUF. This policy explains how the app handles information.
## Summary
**Morse Buddy does not collect, store, or share your personal data.** There is no account, no analytics, and no advertising.
## Microphone
The app can use your device’s microphone to decode Morse code (CW) from live audio. Audio is processed **on your device only** to show decoded text on screen. It is **not** recorded, uploaded, or sent to us or any third party.
You can deny microphone permission; the app will not function for live decoding without it.
## Data we do not collect
We do not collect, among other things:
– Name, email, or contact details
– Location
– Device identifiers for tracking
– Usage analytics
– Crash reports sent to our servers (the app does not include our own analytics or crash reporting)
## Third parties
The app does not sell data and does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs for data collection.
Apple’s systems (for example the App Store, device software updates, or platform diagnostics you may choose to share with Apple) are governed by [Apple’s privacy policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
## Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
## Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
